You always know what we found, what it will cost and how long it will take before we start. If anything changes once the tiles are off, we tell you straight away rather than after the event.
01
Free inspection
We come out, get up on the roof where it is safe to do so, and find the actual cause — not just the damp patch on your ceiling. You get photos and a plain explanation of what we found.
02
Same-day quote
In most cases you get a written price the same day, with a clear target for how long the work will take. If you already have a quote, tell us and we will try to beat it.
03
The work, done properly
Safe access, quality materials and a tidy site. We finish the job, clear up after ourselves and guarantee the work — so if you ever need us back, you just ring the same number.
